Thanks for the comment TNT.

I think the low carb camp is a good one, and the TNT diet seems pretty sound. I personally like to experiement to see what works and what doesn't. My regular diet is a modified Zone, lower in carb and higher in fat. I may or may not give this a shot, just need to do some more research personally.

Also I am not sure if I want to compromise hitting 10% bf or not since I am well on my way at this point. Anyways, thanks for the input, have a good weekend!

Kevin:
I can not support fasting.

I have adopted a very simple attitude: I have to be able to continue eating in a manner that will allow me to stabalize my weight loss.

I have spent too many years dieting and then going back to the way I was eating. That is the reason I ended up in the Low Carb camp. I can continue eating like this - with minimal effort - where ever I am - oddly enough - it is a close to normal as I can get. Add the TNT twist - and I am one happy "almost skinny" camper.

The choice is yours - good luck with what ever direction you choose.
